Went to North Star Signs near Barnsley and they can wrap my FR bumper in matt or gloss black to look like the Cupra, costs as follows:-

Labour - £70-90 ( two people for just over an hour) though this would likely reduce if more than one car was done (anyone else??)
Matt wrap - £20 per car
Gloss wrap - First two cars free as they have some spare, then £10 per car.

Tempted to go ahead, but unsure whether painted would be cheaper or give a better finish. Going to give it a week and see if I can source a spare crono cupra front bumper, then will give these guys a try.

One snag is that they cant lift the car, at the workshop so to get to underside of bumper I may need to source a second car jack to lift the car at both sides.

Sounds good Mike, pity you aren't closer to us or we could have got right on that for you!

Only question I would have is there is no need at all to lift the car, it can be done perfectly with the bumper still on. I wrapped a Ford Focus front and back bumper a few weeks ago and its actually easier with it on the car! I found this out of course because I took my FR bumper off to try, see pics!:

Oh and the pic that tells a lot, this is it "in progress", this is the point where knowing what to do with the film comes in handy! looks like it will never go down at this point!!

Looks the business Dub.

I have finally sourced a local company who had a Fiesta fully wrapped in Matt Black and the finish was brilliant. They have looked at my car and offered to wrap the front FR bumper to look like the Cupra, in Matt Black, including the area underneath, for .....get this ....... £45 inc materials and vat - BARGAIN. They even offered a group discount if I could drum up some interest on seatcupra.net.

Take a look at their web site below and PM me if you are interested in wrapping bumpers 'en mass' at their Leeds branch, just off the M62 at Leeds.
