cheers guys :)

Looks great I would have gone for the W8 light with the red LEDS

well i do already have a red LED shining through from the rear view mirror due to it being the auto dimmer, looks smart but isnt very bright.

but he'd be £30 lighter ;)

and alot of faffing around making it fit, the £30 was used to on the wind deflectors which should be here tomorrow according to the tracking number

Busy old day today

Seats installed with a bit of help from a mate:

As are the team heko wind deflectors:

Both of which look ace and I adore the seats, now I just want to see if I can get some red stitching on the armrest so it all looks 100% original. Hekos will look better once I tint the windows the same shade as them

PD150 has been sourced (well deposit paid) and final balance will be coffed up end of the month at the latest, so Come february I'll have my turbo :D

On that note, I've already jumped the gun and booked in at Unit 18 for the last week of March for a custom map, turbo fitting and a Piper Turbo Back Exhaust with 1 silencer I know its still only January but I'll have the cash then for all of it so makes sense to map the car once rather than twice.

Next months mod will be an under seat storage box for the MK5 seats as i miss my old one terribly cost me a honking great £15 from sere motors.

Sounds ace Phil, you excited?

Now you've got the PD150 turbo, how much more torque can you pull safely? I know the clutch is rated at 300lb-ft's, you can't be that far off that now on your stage 1.

Turbo back exhaust sounds tasty too, really looking forward to the updates, nice progression Phil.

Well the clutch is rock solid as it is, hut with the custom map ive been told to expect around the 200bhp mark and about 310ft/lb torque so going to be right on the limit. The main difference is going to be the pick up with the new exhaust. So now really really excited :D

i'll save up and get the clutch upgraded by the end of the year if I haven't bought/rented a house by then.

turbo was £220 lol, from a similar mileage car to mine with 2 owners from 2004, apparently its in solid knick with no play or leaks so worth a punt and even if there is at that price, I can get it refurbed for about £300 or hybridized for £500 :D

Fitting is around £120-£150. I will get a fmic but IM banking on needing a clutch first.
