Timing belt kit

Sorry if it has been covered but after some info

Been looking for kits for the seat,

Is there any specific kit or tensioner in the kit,

Seat gave me a price of £110 for kit and wanted 40 and a 35 surcharge for water pump.

Been told to look for the gates kit on eBay which came with everything for £135

Looked on euro car parts and seen other kits but some are only with 2 pulleys, how many is there?

Gates, contitech are good Cambelt kits. the tensioners i know all come from the same place as there is only 1 maker for the tensioner. The rollers may differ but I doubt it

On euro car parts there's a kit without the tensioner pulley damper?

Is that needed? Thinking about just getting the full gates kit for 135.

Other than that I could get a kit and pump for £100

Taking 1.8t? Damper depends if the old one is seized, normally they are fine tho
