Stick with it, they're always a pain when they have these sort of problems but if you sell it you'll lose money and when you get another car it'll probably have its own issues which will also drive you nuts and cost more money still.

thats very true.
i think my oil cooler might be fudged, as it's weeping fluids from all orifices now and getting progressively worse.
So i'm gonna replace that first as it's a darn sight cheaper than going for a headgasket change, and it's one more thing eliminated.
Will get a picture of my current cooler up tomorrow hopefully.

tbh mate i've given up with it. I'm living in Carmarthen now, and being a 10 min walk across town away from work i dont need the car anymore.
I'd say it's most probably headgasket / cylinder head problem or something internal...
money permitting i'd probably drop another engine in it tbh
