reaches 206 bhp but only shows 190 lb/ft of torque on the rr i think the boost needs upping

my golf 1.8t makes 199.5bhp/ 228ft/lb
so i would say ur alittle down on torque.
u running a ko3s?
im still on a k03, i would of expected u to make more than what u did maybe?

I had mine done at P-Torque and got 220bhp and 251lb of tourque but i had fitted the LCR twin intercoolers think that this will have helped with the tourque figures, fitting my front mount this weekend so it should improve it even more. :D

I dont think its unreasonable if the cars new but every car cant be treated the same when there are so many variables especially as age, mileage and abuse increase. Might be worth checking the car over and replacing the weak parts that may be accountable for this ie service parts(all the filters, plugs, oil), coil packs, MAF etc. At the same time how does it feel between pre map and mapped and who did it?

I would probably expected a little more torque if it was mapped as everyone i know with a mapped 20vt has got higher ft/lb to bhp figures. I would try what vwbassett has suggested and see if that makes a difference.

Nope not unreasonable...

A remapped Cupra 180 should be good for 205-215bhp and 225lbft ...

Mines 205bhp / 255lbft with a remap ;)
