Torque settings

Im just in the process of changing my clutch on my TDi FR, but I'm stuck torquing the clutch pressure plate bolts back up to the flywheel. Does anyone know of or where I can find torque settings for the Leon?

CLUTCH TO FLYWHEEL 22NM (id do them a tiny bit more)

FLYWHEEL DRIVEPLATE 60NM + 90 DEGREES
