only noticed today coming home, when a car nearly parked in my backside, that my brake lights are only coming on when your really pressing the pedal in, its bit of a nuisance when your only trying to slow down over a distance.

anyways to the point, does anyone know if there is some adjustment for the brake lights around the pedal or does it need to go back to seat.. any help will be appriciated.

cheers for that, will have a look tomorrow morning, but i dont think it needs replacing as its still working maybe stick a bit of cardboard in it and see if it fixes temp till i get it in to seat under warranty!!

If it's still under warranty then yep take it back to Seat but they will probably replace the switch anyway.
