You'd need a rubber/samco pipe to fit on the OE intercooler because of the engine movement.

If you want the pipe on the other side replacing - I've got one welded up and waiting in my garage, just got to get round to fitting it. I'll let you know if you want.

I take it the standard pipe is 2.5inch?

So you can't really see whether it causes a restriction or not. Wonder why the PD150 needs two silencers

From what I saw when I did mine, I'd cut yours like in the attachment. If it's anything like the 210/225 one the smaller diameter tube fits inside the larger diameter tube/cannister, then they're welded together. So if you grind through the cannister only and not the inner tube it should come apart. I was thinking this, 'cos if it all goes horribly wrong then you could easily weld it back up.

Measure the distance between the inlet and outlet first though...

I think it runs 2 because of the higher boost it runs (remember in stock form the tdi will do 1.5bar of pressure). The 150 mod is at least easy. Hopefully I can get my lazy ass to do it soon.

take offs are same as Ibiza, 1x DV 1x N75, These cost very little, Its the Bends that Cost........ Would people be interested in Annodising Colours Also?

So If I can persuade Our Demo Cars (Matt or Rog) To get a Couple of Prototypes on, Lets get numbers for Group buy.......??? Just say 'I'

Thing with this i suppose is that it is a relativley cheap mod... and I '*think* it will fit an S3/TT225???

Depending on Cost mike I could add to the demo cars on this one. Funds are tight though but I would love a pollished/chrome one.

I think we got it covered with rog n Matt and they are local which Helps, This sort of Mod is a quick turnaround Jobbie, So assuming PPL Stick to their Guns we could produce and realse very quickly.

If it proves to work possibly even offer a TDI version as the Sootys are getting V.Popular
