saul- yes are about sat

this 'rumour' about VW service stations doing unorthorised work - if there is proof of this then this is highly illegal and they could be very successfully sued - its like them stealing something from your car, just the same IMO

They're making the customer aware before any such thing happens... ie: Sir, there's an update for your car available we'd like to do this at the same time you're in for service. It's all updated via their diagnostic equipment. Nothing wrong with it. Just means the likes of tuners have to update customers car if this occurs.

it was a pay rise or a car, i took the car as i need to buy a house mate, my old man bought one aswell (red with stock wheels) so we got a good deal for 2 (eventually)

Good man, as I mentioned before The octavia (fear the 540 mile tank!) is only a temp stop gap until its lease runs out later this year then its going to be something more powerful and 4wd, my company credit card looks after fuel so its not so much a prob, lem either! :)

Very nice Saul, nice wheels and a lovey colour too, definatly a touch of 'bling'.

My dads getting on very well with your old Toledo, i bet the BMW is a tad more economical though.

Volvo are doing this as well, so I guess newer fords and Jags will be the same.

Checked with ADS when I had it mapped what would happen if the dealer reflashed it and apparently it'll be a £15 charge to put the performance map back, but they did say that any Volvo updates will be retained.
