Still got the tyres on from new (Conti Sport Contacts). The back 2 still look like they've got some good miles in them but the front 2 are nearly down to the legal strip.

I'm quite liking the sound of Falken 452s after seeing good reviews but my question is this.

As they seem to be quite a more sporty grippy tyre than the bog standard Continentals, would it be OK just to fit Falkens on the front.. or would it be advisable getting all 4 done?

Put the two rear tyres on the front and the new tyres on the back
This way you'll wear down the previously used tyres from the back on the front
By doing it this way you'll always be replacing the front steering tyres, by having the worst tyres on the back you could be prone to oversteer (rear coming round to meet you)
This will also mean your tyres will be fresher and not on too long and start to perish
If you dont like the grip or handling of the tyres you have on the rear then change all tyres
When the front wear out replace them with the rears and new ones on the back

I agree with Junior, its what i'v always done and had no problems.

Theres no point spending money if you aint got to :D
