Hi, my front tyres need replacing and was wondering if any of you could recommend a brand that is hard wearing and has decent grip. It has dunlops on just now but tread seems to have worn quite quick. thanks

model version, size of rims, mileage that you cover etc etc...

I'm running Cooper Zeon's on 17' - Happy with the ride and wear, original tyres were michelin - came with the car when new, replaced the front twice in 4yrs, circa 25K bracket, found them toooo soft...

hi stu b, the car is the tdi115 tiptronic, about 12000 miles per annum and has 215/55/16 tyres on it. cheers

You will have difficulties on those rims, basically because the type of tyres are for MPV, ie weight restricted, change to 17 and the choice is opened... on 16 you have Dunlops or Michelin, thats why I went to 17's and put the Coopers on....
