sorry but i actually revert back to my original statement, - cowboys! and the point is being some what missed here
any well known and customer focused tuner would get your car in straight away and get it on the rollers and plugged into the computer to see whats goin on
dont replace anything else on the car, demand for them to check it out
if you went to a
shop and bought an electrical item and it was faulty, you would not expect the
shop to turn around and tell you to buy another item to replace the faulty one would you, or indeed buy parts yourself to repair the faulty item? No, you would take the item back and want a refund or the item repaired
same as you, get it refunded and go to a decent tuner (I dont care if they are a forum sponsor, so what!) or get them to investigate the issue "properly"
also you should not be doing the logs or the initial leg work, its the tuning companies responsbility to find the issue!
Personally with the
service you have got so far, I would get a full refund, the ECU reverted back to standard and go to Revo, Jabba, APR, P-Torque or Custom Code
