All the insurance sed is that the cops find who it is they will reinstate it all an do it through the other drivers insurance.

Nope all i got was that it was a dark coloured 51 plated saloon. It was pitch black an i was upside down!

Gutted for you mate, what an absolute c*nt that is, car looks a right state, but atleast you and your gf are still here, although you cant afford to have a nice car now, you still have your life, and thats the main thing.

Hopefully the scum that did that to your car get whats coming to them either from you or someone else in the future.

Sorry to hear this mate.
I would think you would gat nearly as much as you have paid for the car.
Will the dealer not sell it for you as a new car rather than registering it in your name.

My mate was knocked off his motorbike.
Two arseholes racing each other one on the wrong side of the road.
Knocked my mate off his bike and left him unconceous in the middle of the road.
He is 70 year old.
Broken pelvis and broken fingers.
He was lucky that the next car that came along seen him and never run over him.

I'm afraid to say I dont think you will get much more privately.
I have seen them pre registered for less than £8000 which is basically what yours will be.
Why not advertise it on here and see what happens.
You could even have the person that buys it pick it up from the dealer with you so it would just be like buying a pre reg car.

I no it aint worth alot more than that but its worth 9k to them on the forecourt, they had one there when i went in! I'd rather sell it privatley an get a few hundered more than give it the robbing dealer.

I'll advertise it when i get the delivery date for it, aslong as i can pay the finance off i'll be happy, but we'll see.

I aint given up but, way things are going the car has to go. I would never pay more than 2500 a year on insurance, which is £50 a week! That plus the finance, would leave me counting the pennies.
