uprating valve stem seals

afterr takeing my turbo off on the weekend to find that was gone i noticed my valve stem seals were gone so iv gona abit mad and bought some ie rods new bearing and gasket set. im bringing my head in next week but thought i might run a wotbox in the future and hybrid my k04 and have read uprated valve stem seals would be a good idea. What one's are people useing iv had a look but cant find much.

Ive just ordered some rifle drilled rods, which ones did u go for?

I looked into Valve stem seals & iirc when i spoke to IE about this they said replaced with standard ones

Well I was selling it a guy offered me full price all I had to do was get turbo rebuilt. But when I took mine off the fins had worn on the housing so need a new 1. Then saw oil in my mani so the next thing I new I was keeping it and doing an engine rebuild lol. I went for ie's normal rods not rifled and drilled tho. But iv read in afew places its a good idea to uprate the valve stem seals for a wotbox so before I buy any just wonder where people get these from as all I can find is standard ones
