URGENT - Passenger window broken

Hi All

well I just wound down the window on the front passenger side, it made this terrible scraping noise and now the window wont come up at all

panic over, found the guide

no its not sorted....

have taken the whole door apart and now ready to fit the new sleeve with the new window mechanism on, but trouble is, when i wind it up and down it seems to over wind itself and makes this horrible juddering/cracking sound

can anyone help on this please at all?
