il aim for that then, i can't see plugs and fuel reducing the CFs much more than that.
I wonder how long its had such high CFs make me worry a little as i do like to give it some spirited driving when the oppertunity arises. I really dont want a piston melting on me as i couldn't afford to fix that kind of thing for a long time.
So guys,is the general opinion that BP ultimate is crap
Its all i've ever put in mine as there is no V-power in the county,what's the next best fuel then?

well when i was searching on this forum to find some solutions on timing pull i read that on remapped cars the fuel needed is usually 98/99 ron and BP ultimate is 97 so its not really adequate.
However i didn't think it would make that much difference you could always just bang a little ocatane booster in maybe half a bottle to higher the ron a little.

[Switch to basic settings]
Once you do this you will see the top right display say ADP RUN. The TB adaptation is being done as soon as you switch to basic settings. You will see the values change and hear the TB cycle for the first few seconds then it will stop. Leave it in Basic Settings for about 30 seconds.
[Switch to Meas. Blocks] button and you're all set.
Be sure not to touch the accelerator and make sure the engine is NOT running when you do this!
