spot on, just a diagnostic tool, but alot more use with these engines than a screw driver and some pliers

umm,, 2200mbar = 1.2bar?
How does that work? I thought 2200mbar would be 2.2bar or do I have that wrong?
perhaps Dan does has something dodgy, like a fecked lambda sensor, might make the ecu pull it back? sorry dont know what values are normal for logging them.
you have to deduct 1000mbar for atmospheric pressure
so when vagcom says 1900mbar...the boost is really 900mbar (0.9bar)
think the k03 would explode if the ecu requested 2bar![]()
Dan - how old is your DV?
Maybe take it off and do the leak test on it... see if it has a good seal or not
