Now that my new turbo has done a few hundred miles without issue I thought the time was right to start giving it some stick, I did a few full throttle runs in 3rd gear from about 2k rpm up to about 6.5k rpm. Excuse the screen shot images, I'm sure I've seen people upload proper like scrolable tables here but I have no idea how to do it! I'm looking for a bit of assistance in interpreting some of the values on things I'm not sure about such as N75 duty and timing advance...
First Run, quite a large boost spike I thought but this was the first time on the run I had really planted the foot and it didn't spike nearly as high again. Holds a steady 8 - 9psi tailing off as it gets higher up which I believe is normal. Table below shows the N75 values, what do you think?
Second Run, same things again, spikes a lot lower this time.
Run 3, this time I have logged the throttle parameters and the ignition retard.
The MAF figures look ok to me, using the rough divide by 0.8 trick it gives a peak of 183bhp which is close enough for stock. I have no idea what the timing angle should be, does anyone know? As for the ignition delay it doesn't do much at all which I'll take it is a good thing, it runs religiously on nothing but Shell's finest V-Power, I'll take it there would be more action here if I ran "normal" petrol?
I don't think anythings wrong it's driving great, boosting nice and smoothly and pulling hard right up through the revs. I was just doing this out of curiosity really. Anyone's interpretation or input is much welcomed!
