I had a new virtual cockpit retrofitted earlier this year to my mk3 FR and love it compared to the original speedo / rev counter instruments.

A few days ago the left indicator stopped showing on the virtual cockpit. The lights on the car work fine. It is the same with the hazard lights.

I am hoping the supplier and installer will honour their 12 month parts and work warranty and will fix it but if not and I have to resort to getting it fixed elsewhere has anyone heard of a similar issue with a virtual cockpit?

Nein, dieses Problem ist neu für mich. Aber ich habe Ersatzteile, falls Sie etwas benötigen.

You can also Test it with a Diagnose Tool

Looking a bit closer at the virtual cockpit display, the direction indicators appear to be dedicated lights at the top of the display as opposed to being part of the display itself. So I am rather inclined to think that it might be a failed led being the cause of my problem. Anyway I will pursue with the supplier/installer on Monday.

Well this is a bit of a bore because despite an ‘unconditional’ 12 months parts and labour warranty on all work the installer of the virtual cockpit is ignoring all overtures from me for help despite it being a new unused one that they installed.
