VW MFD2 will it fit??

looking to buy something like this:

but are there any complications in fitting as its a vw unit rather than a SEAT one? will my steering wheel controls still work? and has anyone got a pic of it fitted in there car?

I had the old mfd in my golf and its a decent unit - did the job for me anyway!

BUT

Compared to the Becker Indianapolis Pro I have in the Beezer there is no comparison - the Becker wins hands down in terms of navigation and sounds better to boot!

standard MFD runs of the ABS signal. Aftermarket fittting kits emulate the signal via GALA signal line.

Sorry i don't understand! What does it need this signal for/do with it?

It uses the Gala signal and a gyroscope to give a more accurate position (in theory...) eg when you go under a bridge or go through a tunnel the satnav accounts for this.
