well ive never been to the dealer and not sure i want to, basically the car i was very interested in has gone up 2 times since i contacted them. it now stands at £1000 more then when i contacted them and arranged to look at it. not only that the sales manager promised to phone me back to talk about the car and nothing!!!! [:@] i know i have a seat to part ex but its in good condition plus i have 4 grand cash.. guess they dont want the business... not sure i want an FR now

I bought my car from here and the salesman who I dealt with was very helpful. He has since left and now there is Noone of any help here.
The technical guys have very little knowledge and have given me wrong information twice and I still get charged for an hour of labour.

To be honest this is the most local dealer to me and I really do not look forward to have to pay a visit.

so sorry you have to deal with them. there seems to be less and less seat dealers in the south east ? i dont even have what i would call a local one anymore since they changed the cars they sell. you can use a good local garage if you know one ? unlees its a warrrenty thing. thankfully i have a top garage for service and repairs, just nowhere to buy a car from..

all the best

stig..

I go to TMC, its a bit of a hike from you maybe about 45mins but well worth it and Ben on the service desk is great. I just make it a half day trip and go shopping while I wait for services, Ben sorts you out a loan car. http://www.tmckent.co.uk/ They do also have a good stock of used cars.

Just bought a car from w j king in sidcup they were realy helpful, got a good deal on an FR. Then again took my dad with me. Ashleys a good sales man there... better than the seat garage in croydon... i knew more about the seat range then the girl trying to sell me a car did! You do need to chase them up a bit but when you show interest then they tend to help more. Talk to Ashley. If not you could try the w j king in bromley...
