Yep it's the number one suspect of causing det in mine, in turn causing lots of heat and cracking exhaust valve's and blasting the ceramics off the plugs!
Must say though the gains/fun to be had is worth the hassle, so supertech valves for me next and then spank it untill somthing else gives in.
Mine is dead, the wotbox that is, need to get in touch with N2MB about a replacement.

Same for me but clutch didn't handle launches that well, wot shifting was fine though.
I don't use the launch function. Tried it twice when i fitted it but i just didn't think it sounded or felt healthy.
I hardly used the launch feature, maybe 5 times when i launched doing quarter miles.
I just dont fancy changing gear on boost when running pretty big power. Gonna strain the gears loads i reckon.

personally i dont like it had it fitted before i went to santa pod in august tried a few runs with it launch and wot but everytime i tried to wot it was crunching gears so tried launching and then nocking it off and was missfiring like mad so ill be selling mine soon most prob

I dont blame you gary, thats a lot of power being transfered through the box after gear change.
Sounds like that's you not getting your clutch/change timing right. Mine has never crunched.
Are you positive it's wired correctly?
The problem you BT have got is that your boxes will sh*t themselves anyway without the added stress of the WOT Box
