If it's under a warranty I'm sure they will sort it out, but i can't see them removing the interior/carpet/soundproofing to do rid the water completely.

If its been leaking for a while then it can take days to dry out even with the help of a dehumidifier.
It could be either of the doors and tracking either way depending on which it is.

Well I bought mine from a seat dealership and they wouldn't do it under warranty

what i mean is if i only have a car for 2 hours, can the worm out of fixing the leak?

Its a common known problem in my opinion if you bought it from a main dealer, they should have sorted it before you bought it, I would certianly ask the dealer to fix it, if not PM dubsteve68 on here, hes in Lancashire as well and Im sure he will sort you out much cheaper than a dealer, he did mine and did a very good job I must say.

I didnt buy from a SEAT dealer, got it from Lancashire motor company in penwortham. I might take u up on the offer if they dont sort it. I also need to check the speaker in the doors too as there is not sound coming from them when i plugged in my alpine hu. I didnt expect this **** the day i buy the car :(

I don't understand why people worry so much about doing this, it really isn't that hard to do
