No idea about the fuel consumption mate.
You do get a bit a noise off them but its a bit difficult for me to tell whislt driving as ive got an exhuast on.

Sorry mate i dont know the part numbers for either. They may be in faq section for the mk4's.

I just private message Tristan from Ted Johnsons dealer and he sorts it out without the part numbers. Give him a try he should be able to help you.

Not sure on the RMS mate, il have to look in the leaflet i got with it in the box.

It does punch well though mate, if i have it on full power it blows the car to pieces!

Gives a nice clear punch that isnt distorted! Well pleased with it, one of the best buys in my car.

Yeah was a bit of a pain in the arse! There was no space at all for the wires. I just kept re-arranging them until the unit finally fitted!

Oh god!
I had to switch some wires over but im a bit of a novice so i was under instructions of a mate who knew what he was doing.

Stick a post in the ICE section, you may get a better answer from there.

sounds good mate. the shallow mounts are a good idea, gets a bit irritiating not having much of boot sometimes.

Well the ipod connecter thing goes from the back of the headunit and i pulled the centre console( bit where gear stick etc is) up and ran the wire along the side of the footwell towards the handbrake.
then theres a little gap underneath the handbrake, i just brought it out through there, job done!

Hope that makes sense. If not ill take some pictures for you to explain better.

Yeah it is, i had quite a bit to spare aswel. Got it all tucked in under the trim of the centre console. Really good piece of kit.
