What am I missing here?

Picked up my car from a garage this week.

On the engineers report he noted that I had no spigot rings on the front wheels, and advised me not to drive the car until they were replaced.

Took off my front wheels this morning and found the following on both sides:

Correct me if im wrong, but im sure the spigot rings are the round orange things...

change those spacers bud they are horrible get some eibech ones made for our hubs, yes those are the spigot rings!!

+1 looks like universal spacers either replace them with eibach or h&r
