What did you and your MK2 do today?

A bird pooed on mine :-o Spent all day in the office wanting to go home and clean it :(
 
I couldn't do that, I'd have to give it a proper wash. All those scratches from the harsh tissue tut tut, you should be ashamed lol

Well just made myself look a **** at my local seat garage. Wing mirrors not been folding in off the Lock door button hold. 2 nd time back in for it. Mech comes out n says. U have to have the dial on the heated mirror symbol....

I thought that was JUST for the heated mirrors. Opps

**** happens mate haha .. Do all the Leon's with electric mirrors do that btw ? I've not noticed mine folding in unless I twist the knob.

Went to a different dealer got offered a good price on mine so may soon be the owner of a mark 3 FR 184, phantom black metallic, tech pack, 18" performance alloys, convenience pack, seat sound with subwoofer, leather / alcantara interior 2000 miles on the clock all for under £19.5k a few calls tomorrow should seal the deal
 
Well to make myself feel better got home and de badged the boot.

One boiling hot kettle full. Poured slowly over each letter softened the glue and each popped off with a credit card. Then bit of petrol on a rag took off any glue residue on the boot. Quick wash off. Dry down n polish.

Just been to the local stealers and picked up a genuine fuel filter (£27 trade!!) And a new bonnet liner, need to wait for the improved clips as they are on back order.

That's a new one on me matey, mine work fine and mine is NEVER set to heated mirror! :)

Haha, the pure quantity of it had void the tissue I jet washed it off when I got home washing it before work tomorrow! It's not imacculate anyway, pretty rough actually haha! Still treat it like a queen though. "Treat them like a queen drive them like a slut! "
 
That's a lot of poop lol

Just ordered my replacement clutch, ended up going Sachs Stage 1.

I'll be getting her booked in very shortly to get the work done and finally banish this clutch slip :)
