Im driving to Belgium next week which is a 395 mile trip, hoping to make it there comfortably on a tank of fuel. I struggle to get 200 a tank when potttering around day to day:drive1:

I get 300 - 340miles per tank mixed driving. This is neither hypermiling nor ragging it, but I would imagine that over 400 would be faily easy on a long motorway trip. 35-38mpg at 70mph constant would allow for 416 with about a gallon of fuel left over. Given that much of the motorway network is now enforced 50mph zones, it would be likely to be nearer 40mpg, which would give about 438miles to a tank with a gallon spare.

Well that's me finished painting the chrome on the front grille :) I found it pretty easy to remove the chrome from the grille itself but I've seen people on here say how hard it is. It's easy with the right tools

I also painted the black trim that the number plate attaches to as it was covered in stone chips!

I know many of you won't like the all black look of the grille, I like it at the moment but we will see....so the "S" badge is only wrapped so I can change it back to chrome if it starts to annoy me lol

We think it looks great, now I need to sell her old 17" wheels.

Sat at 75mph on the cruise control with the odd blast to 85-90 to pass long lines of slower traffic. I took it to silly speeds for a few mins booting it off the M6 tolls both ways tho lol.

I've never been interested in it, it's dull as **** but they can be surprisingly frugal on a long motorway run, which is the only real time imo you are likely to notice decent figures.
