Fitted new stubby aerial, Cupra R rear flaps, gas struts on the boot, LED light upgrades, SEAT centre caps and 2012 Style LED rear lights!!

Took a trip up to the Hartford pass then down to Penrith and back again... absolutely love the pass when it's quiet, great, great fun!
Was the aerial hard to fit? And is there any leaking ir are they snug fit?

I'm not massively up on wheel alignment, and this may sound stupid, but:
A) are all of your tyres at the same pressure? and
B) is this consistent on all roads? (i.e. you've not been driving on a road with a bit a camber, have you?)
If yes to both, then you'll lose nothing by trying to blag a main dealer into it...but I'm not sure they will do. Worth a pop!
today i needed to sort a few more thigns out on my car. first up investigate the banging exhaust. car jakced up and this removed.
ordered a new one from Blueflame
to go with my all black look i am after i made a start on the grill. decided i would try shaddow chroming (ghost chroming in USA) basically using TINT spray to darken the chrome up.
then did the rear

no idea. lol shouldnt of as i have the powerflex insert in but it was getting a hammering last sunday and it went soon after along with the clutch lol

involved silly driving on a BTCC Sunday clutch i thought was going before i went down to BTCC but it just confirmed it on the way down.
its ok its booked in for 1st May for Sachs Uprated and ABS pressure sensor to fixed.
then i need to decide if im gonna keep it or not

Cleaned the air filter and housing etc and tried to ascertain, by searching the forums, whether my engine sound was normal for these particularly noisy 2.0T FSI engines!?

Video clip is above but just recorded with crappy phone so not greatest quality, around about 0:05 seconds and 0:31 seconds is the noise that sounds a bit like metal tapping on metal... the injector tick etc does not bother me!

Mine sounds the same. It is a noisy beast and I do sometimes wonder how much of it is "normal"
I now also have crickets in my aircon it seems...
