i bet that space saver could do with a new tyre as well? how did it cope with all the power and the damp roads?lol
i was driving home from work 2night and even gentle acceleration caused the traction control to go nuts lol

It was throwing it down for a while, tried (REALLY tried) to keep it between 40-50 , even avoided dual carriageway (A38) , felt a bit wobbly through standing water, will check condition of tyre when I change it.

cheers for that
how hard was it to change/fit?
manageable on axle stands?

I got the car mot'd the other day and the emissions were virtually non existent on the autogas in a 1.8t. I think I could get away with a decat. CO at idle was 0.000% with max permissible of 3.5% and HC of 11ppm with 1200ppm maximum.

Had the full inlet manifold taken off last night to try and fix this misfire problem. These engines suffer really heavy carbon build up as well we've found so need to find a way to try clean that off as well.

It was terra cleaned last month but I found out its a waste of time on these tsi engines as its works kinda like a diesel so the cleaning agent gets no where near the inlet valves.

My Leon didn't really do much... but I insured her for just over £600 a year. Just turned 23, not too shabby! :thanks:

Just changed the N80 valve as I've been getting the P0441 EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect Flow code for ages and finally got round to doing it.

Fingers crossed that's fixed it.
