Under £100 but I spent £30 to buy a spare engine cover to 'butcher' in order to remove the MAF filter and keep a stock cover. I was a bit nervous hacking the standard on to bits but it was nothing to worry about as it was an easy job.
To build....about 10mins (excluding the MAF work) just needed to cut the alloy pipe to length and it just pushes together.

Also Rob, I want that side pedal for the footrest! Looks awesome, may have to get one, saw the ebay link earlier!
It really is easy to make....hardest part is getting hold of a spare engine cover to cut up!
Hope mine comes down when I renew... I'll have gained a years NCD (hopefully) but I will be doubling my estimated annual mileage... Can see my insurance going up haha.
Try putting it under business mileage. Iv found the miles dont really affect it. Iv declared more miles than i actually do, its the same price

hopefully it'll work out okay when I come to renew. Half tempted to run a quote now out of interest haha.
Thankfully my quotes are done for another year, its a stressful job. I managed to get the GFs NCB (4 years) honoured from named driver NCB, to real NCB if i put her on different policy.

Cheers, mine turned up in the post today - the fitting kit they supply with it is shite isn't it!I used some decent screws that sit flush on the plate to secure mine.
How did you get behind it to secure it on to the footrest?

There are two plastic screws/clips holding the piece of trim in place: one on the side of it and one behind the brake pedal.
Started installing my puddle lights in the bottom of the door cards. Drivers door done last night.
