I'm still fuming with my self. Still can't believe I didn't see. I was concentrating On the car next to me because it was a tight spot and didn't want to catch my front end on it.

Well i had another play with the Triple r diffuser today, wasn't very happy with the fit yesterday and had a little more time today to play about with it.

The part that bothered me was where the diffuser sat proud, leaving a gap where the diffuser edge meets the bumper, only on the exhaust side, next to the TCR sticker, just looked awful and it had a white finishing edge, you can see it easily in the picture below -

So after a little playing about and after finding the cause of the problem, i managed to get it flush. You could still see the white finishing edge on both sides even when flush, so i touched it in with gloss black paint and it now looks spot on, i forgot to take a picture of it flush but can if anyone wants to see how it should be. Having seen some others on here with the same gap, it's a very easy fix.

I took a few more pictures today when i finished -

If anyone has had the same problem or has the problem when fitting one and wants to know the fix, i would be glad to help anyone ;-)

Looks good, I ended up using Tiger Seal and bonded it, so its going anywhere and sits pretty well, i think i was expecting perfection and i'm kind of looking for faults, but it does look so much better than before

Fins needed to be a lot more pronounced in my opinion. It does indeed just look like a stock one sprayed with a few bumps on it

I guess if we all thought the same it would be pretty boring, we don't all like the same things but that's not a bad thing.

I think they have got the fins just right, if they were any bigger it would be too much but that's just my opinion, doesn't mean it's right but i like it.

I quite like the fact that the fins aren't too big. I have seen a custom diffuser on the net (dont remember where) where the guy had put big fins on and in my opinion it looked ridiculous, way over the top.

But as someone said a few posts back, it is a good job we don't all have the same opinion otherwise we'd be driving around in the exact same car. :p

Yesterdy I fitted an ITG intake on my stage 1 Cupra. Took me ages to jubilee clip the TIP onto the turbo properly, popped off twice before I got it to stay!

Sounds unreal, however I have. Skirts turbo chatter so need to check if my DV has failed.
