Cheers Nick, I actually used Autoglymn Super Resin Polish, I have tried lots of different things but decided I would go back to that today, really seems to be good on red, and super easy to remove. I then gave it although I don't think it improved looks a great deal, a thin coat of Nattys Blue wax.

Rotarys are a bit scary, I would practice on an old panel first.

Give the SRP a try by hand, most important I find is not to use too much and apply just enough for a small section at a time, about front wing size, apply firmly but gently and I try to use straight lines to finish the panel where I can. An alternative worth a try is Bilt Hamber Cleanser Polish, great on red too. any probs pm me.:)

Cheers for that I think I might try and pop down to Halfords tomorrow and pick up some supplies then and see how I get on.

The meguiars microfibres and applicator pads are really good too. Take your time, let us know how you get on.
