My brother in law had a Stilo abarth, very underrated cars! Made a great noise and had great spec, just a shame it only had 170bhp from that 20v 5pot. They are very cheap now though, except for the running costs that is....

Best car I ever owned, just got to the age and mileage that it was to expensive to maintain and run.

I have only had the Leon a few weeks, but I have to say that the Astra VXR was my favourite, I got one when they had just come out, it had all the extras (leather, xenon, keyless etc) was Arden blue and and it was 240bph standard, which is more than quick enough IMO, I would recommend one, though the new shape is out now and that looks pretty nice aswell...

I also liked the corsa vxr, best looking small car by a mile (still), the recaro seats are great and 189 bhp, again really rapid and fun to drive.

The ride on my FR is much more forgiving than the VXRs!

Yeah they say the new vxr is nice but pretty heavy and not as quick as rivals now as it came out earlier than everybody else.

Was going to get a corsa vxr but after all the problems I read on VXRonline - yes I know it's a forum where people post bad stuff - it kinda put me off a little and after getting a leon I think the Astra interior is a step back. My first car was a 1.9CDTI Astra with the XP on.
