I hate you. Stupid suppliers not having any facelift lights.

With regards to HID bulbs, I'd imagine normal 35w ones will be fine.

I have tried hard to find you some on the web but no luck =[
Im sure after a bit of time, suppliers will be producing them for the market!!!
Fingers crossed though. And for the HIDs information, thanks i just want to make sure because installing HIDs void warranty therefore if i melt the projector lense, theres no replacement!!!

Also not sure what the beam pattern is like yet as i have had no night time driving!!!
Will have to post pics up tonight showing Light pattern if its a sharp cutoff like oem xenons (Hopefully it is =])

Yeah.

It's strange though because I am CONVINCED that I have a Pre-FL headlight unit, because of the shape, even though I'm a 2010 car. In the pictures, the shapes look FL and Pre-FL look completely different to each other,so it should be easy to tell the difference. However, mine look exactly like the Pre-FL.

Find out the part numbers!

Where are the part numbers written?

Thanks :)

Never mind, found them. Right in front of my face :D

Look like FL I think.

Oh well, here was to hoping.

looks better than original non-xenon, but overall product quality is 3++. with halogen lamps- very poor lightning, need hid's

Ok as promised i would get the HID Kit for my projectors,
Job done, no melting just great light output =]

I went for 5000k so pure white light :p

Also i took the plunge in trying hids-direct decoders as i had old ballasters from my previous car.
Therefore i payed £20 for new H1 HID bulbs with a pair of decoders.

Result? 100% working with no warnings and no melting, and also saved £50 from buying decoders instead of a new terminator hid kit.

Told ya! They've been working great for me for a long time now. Congratulations, mate.

Unfortunately my car's license was taken away yesterday when I got pulled over for having aftermarket HIDs. Turns out the cop that pulled me over actually has a Seat Leon and he knows it doesn't come with HIDs so I couldn't lie, haha! Anyway, I'll try to pay at the police station and have the "HID Lights" written on my license. That'd be great so I can avoid the hassle since I won't be removing them any time soon, especially since I am retrofitting projector lenses tomorrow or after which will require ballasts to work.

'you have to vag com to set it up'??? ***PAUL7619*** not sure what you mean, can you please re-explain the process behind making the units available to 'come on when you start the car up like with the audi cars '
