Replaced all my fmic hose clamp as the ones from toyo sport are s**t! The reason for this is I had it booked in for a bigger actuator to be set up then mapped again but it couldn't be done as there was to many leaks!

Had my passenger window regulator replaced after the glass dropped to the bottom of the door.

Only down side is the carrier panel needs redoing with butyl as the sill was full of water.

Peeled what was left of a rabbit of my smashed grill and cracked bumper then fitted the NIME fix, didnt work, ordered thermoswitch. F*%& this car.

Bought a nice black LCR on Thursday. Had the dreaded dash rattle. After searching on here I found the loose siren syndrome. Just pulled it apart and sure enough a loose, squeaky siren. Some sticky back foam and job done. Thank you SCN

i've been having limp mode issues for about 2 weeks, so yesterday i replaced the vacuum hose's with silicon ones and this morning i gave the turbo the mr muscle treatment. its pulling great now

Phase 1 of pipe-polishing, and colour coded the brackets.

Wash > chamois > clay bar > Super resin polish > Meguiars carnauba wax.

Only took about 6 hours to do!

No mate I haven't, as my mate had about a metre square sheet of checkered ally on his back garden, that he paid about £6 from the local scrappy. It's 8mm thick I believe so will definitely keep the temps down!
When I was looking at buying some ally, RDS helped me a lot, but just done a quick search on eBay, and this is along the lines of what you need.
Any help on the template just ask, as I have the template to hand.

Cheers Pete. I think I got my inspiration from you! Gotta touch up the brackets and the engine cover due to over eagerness to re-fit them when they weren't quite dry.

Didn't realise you we're local to me too, I'm in Mansfield Woodhouse.
