yeah i hate the cold, specially when working so sat with the car ticking over while i messed about!

i cant knock the pioneer, love the fact it all runs seamless as soon as i get in the car it connects and im ready to go, parrot was a nice bonus as id heard poor reviews with the mic in the head unit, just waiting for my Aeriel adapter then itll have to come back out
 
Finally got it back from the sound engineers! Sound proofing is done and the speakers are finally delivering true sound! Fixed some panel issues as well! Dynamat FTW!

Tomorrow the BSR SprintBooster controller is set to be installed!

Does your speedo work slogstorm? Apparently speedo and fuel gauge are on same circuit. Looked on a different forum and it could be a broken wire under battery.
 
Cleaned (attempted) my MAF sensor with some electronic compatible spray.

I got the whole piece off, but spray came with no tube so I spent a good few minutes spraying as much as I could either side. The sensor inside it's housing was held on with 2 very weird torx looking screws but with a piece in the middle - ****ing weird.

Anyway, fingers crossed tomorrow morning we have no low revs/cutout potentional otherwise its £100 for a new one.

Yes my speedo seems to work.. When the fuel gauge goes up and down the car's dash computer's "milage left" also goes up/down.. Weird problem.
I can see the needle moving up and down by a quarter tank, and then goes straight up to what i really have left.. Kind of anoying on long trips.
I have no EML btw!

Got towed to my local garage :(

Bloody water pump went on the way to work!

Great timing, right before Xmas :(

(Probably end up getting the cam belt done as well while I'm at it, asked them to source a pump with a metal impeller)
 
Drove home from the garage with a fixed car :D

Old water pump impeller had split so was no longer attached to the drive. What a rubbish design!

Booked in for a terraclean on the 28th :) Also anyone local who wants one if we do it together they can drop the price :)

Found a cracked tail lamp and front fog light :-( if any one has a drivers side rear inner lamp and a drivers side fog for a facelift 1m leon cupra bumper pm me :)
