What i need to polish my manifold??

I've had my TB off about 20+ times, i only replace the gasket when needed, there only paper and i always leak test it when it goes back on, other gaskets like turbo, manifold etc.. i do replace each time.I haven't had one fall to bits yet, just be gentle with them.

Take off your TB, if your polishing your Manifold, chances are the TB will take a knock of something.

Saying that I took my TB off and gave that a go at too, it's cast and not easy to work on and fiddly, but looks better than it did, be sure to mask it up tho you don't want swarf in ya TB

This was done with a dremmel then a few small flapper wheels and polishing tools in a drill.

Done mine the weekend Less than an hour and all for £15

Okay not as perfect from a professinal polisher but first attempt in and its good enough for me
