Anyone got any ideas to increase more horses from the 1.8T.

So far done....

Air filter
Full 2.5" milltek
4bar fuel pump
Remap on friday...

So what next?

Injector.. if so any ideas on the cc
A new MAF ie from a Leon Cupra R or audio S3, coupled with Forge TIP? Would this increase power?

Not looking at a BT conversion just yet...

But any info would be great.

u cant just wack on new injectors
nor can u just fit a bigger maf...things will start going wrong if u do

tip is a good worthy mod
but if you havent got a remap your jumpin the gun

I know I cant just wack on new injectors. I would get a new map to incorporate the changes.

Just wondering what to have "on the side" then ask someone to remap it to those changes

284cc injectors (stock) with 4bar will capably run 'anything' that you stick on your car - the maf won't under read / max out either.

TIP is really a worthwhile part, not sure if the mk4 golf fitment 'fits' or if there's a specific part in design at forge.

I'd be tempted to make it handle.

Ibiza dont have rear arb's but jabba do one for the fabia vrs that fits straight on...

Id go for

Front strut brace
Rear jabba arb
Rear spacers

Then see how the car handles...

Then invest in a good suspension kit.

remap it and get sauspention sorted but the cupra isnt that bad really hadling wise compaired to the fr suspention is my next thing and maybe tip but i cant see it doing much to mine maybe better sapool up but not expecting big things from it

Nothing

As you have'nt done the remap yet, once done that will keep you more than happy for a while. If you think you will not be happy with that then cancel the remap and get a bigger turbo then remap.

But if you think 230bhp is not gonna be enough for a while, thn i would just sale the car now before you spend any more money and look for an evo or something.

Trust m the remap will be enough for a few months at least. Unless you get a new turbo, every thing you change will not increase BHP that much. But that is gonna cost muchos monaros, and end of day is it really worth it, 230bhp, happy? if not sell it
