What Sat-Nav?

It's my Dad's birthday tomorrow and I need to get him a present. I've decided to get him a portable Sat-Nav unit, something like a TomTom Go unit.
It has to be easy to use (Dad will be 65).

Can anyone recomend a good model? If so, where's the best place to pick one up?

Get the TomTom One. FANTASTIC bit of kit, and well worth the £200 i paid for it.
