I'm looking for a based idea on the value of my Revo Stage 2 Cupra 280 and whether I would be better converting it back to stock to sell?

It's my pride and joy and I have owned it for all but its first year of life, I ran stock until it was out of warranty, then ran it as stage 1 until two years ago when on a whim I upgraded it to stage 2 during a revo sale.

Beyond that it has the REVO VW like carbon cold intake not an open cone, reinforced engine mount, tarox track discs and fast road pads (the most agressive before you have to forgo wear sensors)

Friends tell me the interior is immaculate, the exterior is as clean as a you can expect for its age (I have a professional deep valet every few years to bring it back).

Stock wheels are powder coated black, and the reason I bought was the first year they came out all that was on offer were grey ex dealer demos while this was a private car with pretty much all the options ticked bar the sub 8 pack and bucket seats.

Cobra sports cat and bespoke stainless exhausts by JP (because I did not want drone or obnoxious).

I bought it at 11.5K in 2015 and have put just over 40K on it in 10 years, so currently sitting at 52K.

I love this car and thought I would never part with it but where as the car wants for nothing and has been vag/revo dealer maintained and serviced every year, sadly the NHS can't do the same for me and climbing in and out is becoming a challenge (motorcycle racing in my twenties seemed like a good idea at the time, now I'm knocking on the door of 60 not so much).

There's a dyno run posted on here somewhere, it was at a local retro rally car specialist who's dyno was limited to 400bhp for front wheel drive but it pulled an alleged 440lbs at 3300 and 375bhp at 3700 before they struggled to get a power reading and it either spun or the car/dyno pulled power.

That's about the just of it, I'm thinking Ateca Cupra, so the questions should I try and sell it as is, or should I put it all back to stock and sell or PX it, pretty sure I can use all the parts on the Ateca or sell them?

Thoughts and comments?

People generally don't like modified motors, there are some specialist garages that love them but not many.

Personally the Exhaust, brakes and intake system would be fine left on the car just set the tune back to lowest map. You should be honest and say its been mapped but now running stock map and see what interest you get.

No idea what values are like but I run a stage 3 and it will never be sold as its now morphing into a fully blown track car.
