What's involved swapping out LED headlights RHD for LHD?

So we're still in the UK with our LHD EU registered car. Never intended to be here this long, but you know, Covid. Brexit stands a good chance of messing up our insurance more than we're already pushing it and COVID prevents us getting abroad to sell it, so I'm weighing registering the car here.

I've swapped lights around on older cars myself no bother, but understand these LED ones are much trickier. I wouldn't be looking to upgrade or change the model of light though, so is it still plug and play or would I likely still need someone with a cable to re-code things?

Also the rear fog light is on the wrong side - does anyone know if the cabling is all in place to do a swap at the rear too?
How about wiring one under the bumper, like the US imports, does that involve coding too?

I know this could cost a lot but the alternatives involve ferries and a few thousand miles driving so it's all relative.

Thanks as always for any insights.
