Whats this hose do?

Hi all.

The hose that goes in to the the TB.. Seems to be crimed the other end. Does this mean "Don't take me off", cause i want to replace it with a nice blue one but don't want to screw anything up.

Not the best pic. but u can see the hose (currently back) Just left of the DV.

not sure on LCR, but on LC its a vac line as ive replaced mine

in interested in doing this too but generally being quite causious with most of the small hoses as not too sure with a lot of them

did u buy a forge kit to do all the pipes?

or buy loads of sizes indepenantly?

Its all silicone with mesh. 1m lengths of pipe i cut to size.

Ill change it then didn't think it would cause a problem but thought i best check.

hmm i thought forge did a kit...for the R to change most main pipes

they dont advertise it as a R kit but i believe they are all the same

There a 7 peice coolant kit. Thats all. All these breather hoses you cant get kits for. There are loads round the back of the engine do do with the N75 etc. (alot u cant see in the pic cause this pic was after 1 done the first two and had to stop for the day) .

I get the hose from where forge get there hose made. So its the same stuff, But not with foge logo with the Silicone Hose logo. that u see on forge stuff!

not all of forge's 7 hose coolant kit fit the LCR.

i'll confirm next week which do / don't as Awesome are gonna fit them next friday

Spoke to forge yesterday as im about to change most of the hoses done acouple of vac ones already. Pete at forge said he thinks theres two hoses from the 7 hose kit that doesn't fit the LCR but if i ordered it he would refund the money on the price of them hoses.
