wheel hubs

been discussed before prob , but what is the best thing to cover the rust on wheel hub
tried hammerite but the heat of the front brakes seems to making it come off ,now it looks eithan worse than before
some kind of heat paint perhaps?

I would say its bad prep work rather than heat from the brakes making it flake.

I cleaned mine then used a steel wire brush on them. Hammerite has stuck to it nicely
