wheel spacer problems

after fitting 15mm wheels spacers the car feels better def handles better but at speed it feels like the tyres are not balanced properly it was fine before the spacers where fitted any ideas ??

what is centering the wheel now? no hub spigot left... dangerous condition to drive them in.
