Alright folks

Just wondering if I need to make any changes to hubs, or if i need spacers or spigots or anything.

Got my eyes on a few sets of some mint wheels.
Mate has a set of Audi S5s for sale.
Seen a lovely set on the new SL350, AMG wheels, gorgeous like.
Seen Cades, but don't know if they would suit the car.
Then the usuals BBS REs and LMs, you know how it is.

Any help is great guys :)
Thanks

What colour car you got mate?

I was going to get a set of MAM I think they were. Expensive but nice.

Saw a golf gt tdi the other day with a cracking set of grey Y wheels on, turns out they are official vw ones so I might try to get a set done in black.

LM reps mate....

Haven't got it yet, but she'll be red lad. Can't wait for her.

Yeh that is lovely lad, did you need adapters or anything for them? Looks real well!

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a toss up with the Audi S5s, or the AMGs both gonna be expensive, but I'm not bothered, they will look mint :D

Yeah I had to put spacers on unfortunately as the fronts were catching on the caliper. Will be getting myself some S5 reps now too.

I have a FL Cupra, im finding it difficult to decide on what type of design will best suit the car. I don't really like the standard wheels, they look smart, but another reason for thinking of changing them is that they sit proud from the tyre far to much, so they're gong to fall victim to curbs sooner or later. I like the look of the BBS reps, but thinking of keeping it subtle, OEM really. The A5 "Y" wheels im not so sure will really suit the Leon.

I'm going for the genuine Audi rims, so nice.

Forgive me for asking... but what is an FL Cupra, I know the normal one and the R. Just dunno what the FL is? lol. Yeh the standards are lovely, but the BBS, the Audi Ys and the AMGs just will set anything off so so well like :).

FL and Pre FL denotes the subtle changes to the styling of the cars from I think 09 onwards. So different shaped headlights, tail lights and rear window.

Ahh, got yah now, so just the facelift model then. Fair play.

Yup, mine's a 2009 Cupra, the front and of the rear lights have been slightly redesigned and the front bumper, interior and steering wheel is different to the pre 2009 Leons.

So you've decided to go for the "Y" design Audi rims? Would be really interested to see what that looks like. I was thinking maybe the TTRS wheels, but im not so sure.

For me, the best wheels for the Leon are the andromedas. Every time I strt looking for new wheels I just take a look at mine with its andromedas and I just fall in love with it again.

That's why I've got 2 sets of andromedas in my garage! Getting a white fl fr this weekend and the iberas are coming straight off as soon as I can help it.

Pity they don't do a 19" andromeda.

On the subject of wheels ;is it worth me getting my standard Cupra R wheels powder coated in black and if so how much roughly will it cost ? Anyone recommend it .

I've only done 2k miles so far in the car from new  Thanks for advice .

Personally, I'd go for Anthracite instead of black, i think it'd look better on a blue car as opposed to black. Some places near me will charge about £60 a wheel, so effectively the same as refurbing them. :(

Im looking at a new set of BBS ch reps or Pro Race 1.2s cant decide on colour thinking black what would you guys think on a black car gloss, matt?
