I have had a fairly major issue on my car that shouldn't really happen on a brand new car, and been without it for three weeks, which I will post about once I have the car back and the matter fully resolved. However, when you say about building a brand reputation, I don't think they give a flying f**k about their reputation. Their customer
service has been absolutely shocking, so much so that I have an official complaint with Cupra. Even my
dealer is disgusted with the way I've been treated by them. When I have spoken to them and said that if they are trying to separate themselves from SEAT and be a more prestigious brand, they are going the wrong way about it as their
service is shocking and as a previous BMW customer for my last five cars, they should take a leaf out of their book for customer
service, I get a reply of stony silence.
