When fitting a BMC....

What did any of you do with the vacuum hose that connects to the original airbox?

As ive now got the secondary air fault code coming!?

If you mean the black hose that connects to the front of the box? I think most people have brought a small filter to connect to it.

thats the one mate, ok will look at doing that, will the fault code stop coming up if i do this?

youll need to slap on a filter over the air pump feed which was connected to the airbox. I put on a red Pipercross one from halfys £15

I still get that fault now (I have a dynatwist which is similar to a bmc) My secondry air pump is just disconnected.

Ive got the fault but the car still performs fine, I wouldnt worry

Just leave it dangling or bin the whole system.
