I fitted one and it is an easy job, get the right one and no cutting is needed. 4 screws is all and easily done by sliding the front seats right forward for access.
Where abouts are you exactly?Does anyone know of any companies that actually fit Armrests for this car, I know the kit is available online but I don't have the tools and currently dont have the time, but I really really want an armrest.
I fitted 1 in mine at first its weird but you soon get used to itAs said above most garages would be able to do it. At a guess they’d charge a hour labour so I’d recommend phoning around a few to get prices. The smaller independent places would be cheaper than a main dealer.
If you have one fitted I’d be interested in hearing how you get on with it. I’ve been thinking of getting one myself but I’m unsure if it would end up getting in the way of the handbrake.

Sorry to open thread up again, I tried fitting my arm rest today took the screws holding console in and lift up. I cut the coin holder out. when sitting in the back i mounted the bracket as facing forward one prong to the left which had the extended bolt on, and the other two to the right.
this is where my lines aimed upto.
my next issue was attaching the arm rest. i couldn't get the arm rest holes to line up with the mounting bracket to screw together . pictures to follow later.
