Where will i find my MAF Sensor???

Hi every1, dont wanna soumd dull but where is the MAF Sensor on a 2001 LC?

Also, does any1 know if a LCR backbox will fit this car? I have a LCR rear bumper and when i put it on my car the otherday the exhaust was touching it. Jus wondering so i know wat backbox to look for.

its located after the air filter, the first sensor plugged into a plastic tube.
Dunno about the zorst
