Long story but i rolled 3/4 times it after hitting a woman who changed lanes without looking on a duelcarrageway last year.

Mine was a 35mm drop with the H&R kit so I dont think I can match the above pics hehe...

gav, i think the simplest and cheapest way to lower your car is simply to replace your springs. if you want to have adjustable height then i think you need coilovers, thats the way i understand it anyway. coilies are more expensive!
 
I got my Koni FSD's and Eiback springs for £650 including fitting. I think you can get coilovers for about that price which have adjustable ride height and fit them yourself but i wanted a decent normal ride when driving slowly, hence why i went for the FSD's.
